My mum is a neuroscience nurse. She used to be both that and an overnight aged care nurse. One time, she pointed out the full moon and said "It's going to be crazy at work tonight" When I asked what she meant, she explained that whenever there is a full moon that meant that all her patients became wired. Old ladies walking out of their beds at night, stroke patients buzzing the nurse alarm several times a night. Everyone, including the staff, became restless and wired, there is no peace or routine in nights like this. I had taken this as a warning and have come up with a rule to brace myself every month. Every full moon, whether just before or after, something important happens. It can be either good or bad or neither. Every time I remember this and it is true. New job prospects, achievments, failures, falling in love or out of it, it all happens and I have to remember that it is all important. This full moon, I am falling in on myself and I have to remember that it is all important.
